Give your teen girl the tools she needs to navigate the world with confidence, resilience, and independence. We offer holistic self-protection exclusively for girls ages 8-13. This program blends practical self-defense techniques with life skills to help your daughter feel strong, safe, and self-assured in any situation.

Essential Self-Defense Skills
Practical, age-appropriate techniques are designed to be easy to learn and effective in real-life scenarios. Whether it’s recognizing danger, setting boundaries, or escaping a grab, she’ll leave each class feeling prepared.
Situational Awareness
Teach your teen how to recognize unsafe environments, identify pre-assault indicators, and use her voice and body to deter threats before they escalate.

Proven Curriculum: Our techniques are rooted in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and adapted to address the most common threats girls face, whether from strangers or acquaintances.
Important Class Policies
Advance Registration Required: Students must sign up for the class they wish to attend at least 2 hours prior to the start time.
Minimum Enrollment: Classes require at least 3 registered participants. If fewer than 3 students are signed up, the class will be canceled.
Waivers: All students must have a signed waiver on file before attending class. Parents or guardians must sign waivers for minors.
Safety After Class: For children’s classes, please ensure timely pickup after class to maintain a safe environment for all students.
